"Everytime I call the office for assistance everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They're very professional and extremely knowledgeable. "My experience was short and sweet. Emyah could not have done better. In fact, she was anticipating another question that I wasn’t even about to ask. That’s how much on top of our account she was. Within minutes our problem was solved and all the information got over to the financial institution who requested it. Five stars is not enough of a grade to give"

"Alex Bauer from Frank’s team helped me put home insurance in place for my new home. He walked me through every detail and helped explain what they meant. He worked on my busy schedule and made sure to communicate everything needed. Was a great experience and feel that I am well covered with the plan he helped put together. "I've been a customer of Frank Petronella State Farm for quite some time, and while I’ve always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff, I’m deeply disappointed with the way management and ownership have handled certain issues. There appears to be a pattern of unjustified monthly rate increases—not only in my case, but also affecting senior customers—which feels like a clear overreach. Additionally, the Drive Safe & Save discount program lacks transparency, making it difficult to understand how rates are actually being determined. It's time for leadership to take responsibility and ensure fair, honest treatment for all policyholders."
