"I've been a customer of Frank Petronella State Farm for quite some time, and while I’ve always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff, I’m deeply disappointed with the way management and ownership have handled certain issues. There appears to be a pattern of unjustified monthly rate increases—not only in my case, but also affecting senior customers—which feels like a clear overreach. Additionally, the Drive Safe & Save discount program lacks transparency, making it difficult to understand how rates are actually being determined. It's time for leadership to take responsibility and ensure fair, honest treatment for all policyholders."
